Guru understands that every business is different. This means that in most cases, you as an employer, will be entitled to a range of Government funding towards your training budget. It also means that we as an RTO can access funding towards our training costs to deliver this training via our contracts with the various State Governments.

Every Training Plan developed for our clients is different. Guru will incorporate your in-house policies, procedures and your operations manual if you have them. Your business will have its very own accredited program that provides a clear pathway for your staff and management.

Now you have the Training Plan and Program, you have a few options to consider for the delivery:

1. On site training by a Guru Trainer
2. Online training facilitated by a Guru Trainer
3. Guru supervised in-house training conducted by your Trainer
4. A blend of any of the above
